Misusing her Mobile
My wife was misusing her mobile talking and SMS a lot day and night times, I told her many times to stopping mobile usage. I asked her does she want Mobile or Husband , then she told she want mobile only. I taken this issue to her parents and brothers till no they are not responding positively for her parents I given one month time, and brothers, I given 1 week time. It purely illegal affair going on. Most she will get incoming call, and daily min 30 to 50 SMS from her mobile.
What Can I do now.

Today in our country even adultery will not be treated as criminal offence. You are worried about your wife's mobile conversation.. If you are not comfortable with her better convince her in a peaceful manner and apply for Mutual concsnt Divorce.

If Adultery is not wrong in India, Then There No Value for indian Marriage na. She was not ready to give divorce. She wants me to put me in trouble

Use the acts of adultery of your wife for taking divorce, adultery may not be criminal offence but is suitable ground for divorce, no one can stop you for getting dissolution of marriage if you prove her acts of adultery in the Family Court.

If your wife misusing mobile then you cannot do anything but if she is having an affair with some one then this is good ground for divorce. Even earlier there was no punishment for adultery by wife, the only option was to take divorce. So keep watch on calls and sms you may record the conversation also which may be useful in future litigation. Take help of good advocate.

Sir every one is telling proof will help Full for Divorce getting. I was getting big question that other countries people loving INDIAN MARRIAGE SYSTEM , Than their own systems. But in our country, if wife and husband issue came out the only the only solution getting For divorce, does law and system Was not thinking not telling how to reunion wife and support
