Dear Sir,
In case of accused not appearing before the Court in cheque bounce case NBW will be issued. Further if a witness did not appear before the Court then BW (Bailable Warrant) will be issued at first instance and thereafter NBW (Non Bailable Warrant) will be issued at the second instance. Its validity will be from the date of signing by the Judge till it is judicially withdrawn by the Judge otherwise police may execute the same.
