I am doing business since 10years.The license is in the name of landlord.Now my landlord wants to sell Goodwill,business,license & moveble AMUNITIES. Is it leglly useful for me to buy these from landlord.Plz reply me. THANk you.

Definitely it shall be very useful for you as you are already doing the same business but in the name of some other person. Why not to do all this in the self name by purchasing business, goodwill, license etc.?

Enter into Deed OF ASSIGNMENTS with you Landlord mentioning all the basic facts that your purchasing and all the amenties togetherwith.

For the past 10 years your were doing business as what the Owner or an employee.
Any case if your owner want to sell the business, and if you can purchase it then very well purchase the said business.

If i have not incurred any liability for eviction and any of the grounds for eviction has accrued,can my landlord seek eviction of me from the demised premises after this tenancy lease. If my landlord wants me to vecate, Can i leaglely clim back value from the landlord ,at todays market price(goodwill, furniture’s, movable amenities , hotel license & business)Which i bought from him. Please go through the File attached.
Is the following lines in the my agreement help me to me for this?
(with the option to the tenant to renew the agreement for further period on such terms & condition as may be mutually agreed upon.)
