Please Let me know how much time does the Family Court Take to dispose of on HMA 24 Pendent lite Petition?

It will depend on the number of cases pending in the Court and the co-operation of the parties in getting the application decided. No fixed time limit can be stated with certainty. However, the endeavour of the Court remains to decide such an application at the earliest.

If the proceedings are delayed. Better to get order from High Court for disposing the case within a time frame
