can any ane please provide information about law firm? i mean their operations, their profit distribution.

law firms are also regulated by the partnership act except the llps.
the profit share ratio depends upon the understanding between the partners.

operation too depends upon the understanding betwen the partners. in general, all the partners work with different group of associates in different areas of laws so that their specialisation keeps intact. they also hold different clientele.
