probating a will

My father died in1991 leaving a registered will . the property is in Chennai. my brother applied for probation in2007 and as directed by High court I submitted the original will in the court No one has challenged the will and we are enjoing the property AS INDICATED IN THE WILL. Till date nothing has been heard from the court
my brother also not communicated whether he has received the direction for administration. i am aged 77 not able to move around . how to get the information

Sir,if u have case number u can find out the status from High court website,else try to find out with parties names
