SIR,

I want to take salary details like GPF ESI HRA etc,... of a particular person, The person is a govt servant. When I approached the IT dept they asked for the person's PAN card, which I do not possess.

Pl let me know whether I can solicit PAN card information under the RTI,
OR
furnishing the name and dept and place of the employee, can I solicit information of the salary details directly from the IT dept. Pl clarify

If you want information about third party,in that case the deptt.has to inform the third person and then the inf.could be given to you.

third party,INFORMATION is prohibited by court .
