Dear Experts, I want to be party in person to contest Transfer Civil Misc Petition u/s 24 of CPC at HC, Please let me know under which Rule and Order of CPC a Counter affidavit can be filed in response to the TRCMP?

You have to file the CA to TA under same provision under which the TA has been filed. No need to refer order and rule.
