extenstion of aggrement deed

Dear sir,

I had booked resale flat by paying 20% of property value. Registered agreement has been registered by paying stamp duty and registration charges.

today my registered agreement is going cancel as 45 day has been over.
still my loan process is going, as there is title clearness not yet got.

Please help me how to go ahead.

No problem. Contact the owner and inform him that the loan process takes further time and seek extension of time for compeltion of formalities and execution of sale deed.
