Hi,
I,m based in Mumbai and am planning to set up a Business Training Firm, covering trainings on leadership skills, communication skills etc. Could someone kindly guide me through the process of setting up alongwith documentations required.

Many aspects need to be taken into consideration. Firstly u need to register under Service Tax under Management Consultant Services. Secondly, if you plan to provide study material etc. and plan to charge seperately, then u need to be registered under VAT. More info can be provided only when u elaborate the process.

Hi,
I and my friend are in the process of starting up a new business training firm on a small scale wherein we provide intercultaral, business etiquette, team building trainings etc. Im based in mumbai and she is based in Germany. She wants to come down to mumbai and the 2 of us want to start up the training firm in mumbai.
I would like to know about:
1. legal documents for registering a company
2. visa procedures for a german to obtain a business/work visa( whom can we consult or contact)
3. details of the legal documents for a german to apply for a business/work visa in mumbai,India.
We want to start the firm latest by end of august. Kindly let us know what would be the best possible way to go about the procedures and whether we need to consult a legal advisor(if so, please mention references in mumbai)

Also, the process of conducting our business would be as follows:
1.Lyn, my partner, holds a masters degree in psychology. She has undergone a course in intercultural trainings and is currently undergoing a course in business training in Italy.
2. We would like to approach MNCs/ local firms for providing inhouse trainings on business etiquettes, team building, soft skills, leadership skills etc. within the companys premises on a one day or multiple day basis depending upon a companys requirement. Similarly provide the same to multiple companies wherein we plan to charge an amount of Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 5,000 per day.
3. I belong to the media field and she will be done with her course by mid of august. Our main concern right now is to register and float a new company and start applying for her visa for working in Mumbai.
Could you please let us know what kind of documents would she require for being able to obtain a working visa from the indian embassy?
I would really appreciate your response.
