Change of name spelling

Gm Sirs..suggest me what is procedure of change name very first character i.e 'Qaidjohar' instead of 'Kaidjohar'.

If school going children then just submit an affidavit of the parents to the school authorities is sufficient for this purpose and if passed board examination then school should recommend to the board authorities to change the certificate/certificates issued by it on the basis of changes effected in the school record and if left studies then get declared change in two daily newspapers and make a representation to the State Authorities to publish the change in Gazette on the basis of publication as well as your affidavit.

whether children are school going or not,you got to change the name/spelling change in the official birth register of panchayath/municipality as the case may be.

Otherwise it will create problem on a later state on various occassion like going abroad etc etc.
