Respected Sir / Madam,
I am Jaydeep Arvind Tanna, 38yrs, staying alone, Handicapped person have matrimonial Dispute, have son which is with wife.
Queries is –
My wife is only daughter of family
1)If husband give legal notice to wife but still wife not willing to return matrimonial home & give reply to produce executed Bond for good behavior for her own wrong
2)Thereafter made attempt of Alternative Dispute Redressal at Thane Session Court District legal authorities Services for Restitution of Conjugal Right but did not attained properly and due that there can not be counseling.
3)Wife is having custody of son (5 yrs old) but her parents her younger uncle & mother in law not allowing to meet son.
4)When I go to school mother in law pick up the child in arm & start running as she sees me what impact will be on that child to the father & uncle who tell school bus cleaner that I will kidnap my son
5)My problem is that wife does not want to return matrimonial home, keeping custody of son & avoiding father to meet son.
6)I have finical problem as I was force to purchase flat near my mother in law house due to pressure & tension of my wife & so have to pay loan to mother in law every quarterly Rs 10,000/-post dated cheque given so I am unable to provide fund for legal procedure so have also utilized Alternative Dispute Redressal.
Prayer
1) At present Advocate do not take lump – sum fees but they are required to be paid for standing in court.

well if you are not in position to pay fees then you may approach the Legal Aid Cell or Legal Services Authority in your District.
there is a separate office of LSA in every District which is controlled by the District and Sessions Judge.
give an application to them for providing lawyer. Since you are handicapped person, your application will be considered and a lawyer will be provided to you.
if possible mention your city and state here on LCI, we will request some member from your city to handle your matter.

hey in another query posted by you, it has been mentioned that your are a law grad. and has applied for LLM in Mumbai University.
its sorry situation that you are a handicap but you are competent enough to have knowledge about your rights. take help of any of your local colleague or lawyer friend. every one will oblige you in pursuing your matter.

Respected Sir,
I have persue my admission in LLM 2010 -11 but my veiw is that in near future Handicapped are not deprived for admission.
Excess of son
I had made application for councilation at Thane Session court but opponet not willing to coperate
Thane session court Legal cell provide me only councilation & not Legal aids

I was deprived by Thane Legal Service authority for not taking application of protection order of court to meet or excess of my son
