Share in co owned flats.

I am one of the legal heir and have 20% share in the two flats of my late father. In spite of an order passed under Consent Term in 2009 other legal heirs are not comming forward to sell off the flats so that I can get my money I therefore need an advocate from City Civil Court at Dindosh, Goregaon-E for appointing Executor. Pl. also advice tax implications if I invest money received from these flats in buying a resi. flat as I do not own any residential flat in Mumbai.

You can search a competent lawyer in this site also or can go to your local civil court for this purpose and can take further action accordingly as desired.
