weaker point of customer or not

Respected R Ramachandran sir,
The credit card never issued to me so it is
bogus.bank failed to produce the date of issue of the card as per bank's record
evidence act.the credit card- head could not
produce copy of the retail transaction as
mention by her.salary account with 0 balance
fecility-four months no money transaction by
me or the company.then how comes overdrawn
amount of rs.five& paisa twenty eight only?
if there is some dispute that is from bank
side not mine.till am I on weaker point as
suggested by you Ramachandran sir.regards.

Dear Mr. Partha, Mr.Khaleel and Mr. Raj Kumar, this is the bad habit of Anonymous to have opened a fresh thread (inspite of repeated appeals in LCI not to open a fresh thread on the same subject). Let us not answer this query, unless Anonymous reverts to his original thread. I feel that that would be the only way to curb this bad practice.
