As per Supreme Court rulings, all ACRS are to be reviewed in natural justice manner if the individual represents against downgrading the ACRs but officials have not followed the process despite repeated requests 2. The officials have also diluted the authentication of my achievements thus tampering these against me without giving me in writing. Is this comes under corruption for not following the statutory rules? Under what act? Pl help me to eradicate corrupt practices in science.

The ACR are made by the officer concerned on the basis of performance assessed by them according to their own angle. this is their prerogative. in case you are aggrieved by entries, you have right to make representation against said entries under the service rules. The authority concerned are also under obligation to disposed the same within a stipulated period under the said service rules. in case the representation is not disposed of within such period, the adverse entry ex punched and lost its effect and in case it is disposed any the entries are remained un-changed, you have a right to challenge the same on the ground of untenabilities, malafide and victimization. But you can not interfere in the right and prerogatives of higher officer.
