I applied a RTI to the village taluka panchayat. But the person from village of that taluka got the xerox from via xyz. and read the same in general meeting of viilage in Mumbai for no more reason. For no more reason he exposed my rti which was nohting to do with that village. What action I can take against him ?

rti application is not a confidential matter.

anyone can procure a copy through another rti application.

however,you may raise another rti in this matter,seeking information,whether the details was sought by that person through rti or not.

If he got information from RTi its ok.But he can not read them in the general meeting of the villagers in Mumbai. and the same man who read this rti has warned me before also to not to take RTI Under RTI act 2005. In what way I can take action against him ?
