Is Marriage Cretificate issued by NOTARY Govt of India valid for applying passport?

Hi Experts,

I have a marriage certificate & agreement issued by Notary Govt of India Regd officer.

Is it valid for applying/re-issuing passport?

No, how can notary will issue marriage certificate they would have notarized.it cannot be considered as valid certificate, you cannot apply for passport

no, it is a waste paper. marriages can neither be solemnized through notarial paper nor dissolved.
