Divorce to wife raped by her father

I am in defence service & married 8 months ago. The general behaviour of my wife(age-24) is not good. She does not know how to behave with someone. Or we can say she does not have common sense. Moreover, one day she told that "Mujhe to apno ne luta gairo me kaha dum tha." Then i got doubt. She told me after repeatedly asking by me that she was raped by her father 4 times in last 4 years before marriage and aborted 2 times also. Her mother & sister(married) only know about it. Now she is normal with her parents. But when i say anything to her she threats me that she will do suicide & attempted also. I am in extremely tense. My questions are: 1. Can i divorce her without maintenance? 2. What should be the ground? 3. How can i prove her rape if she refuses later? 4. Can her father be punished? Kindly advice me.

YOU WILL DIVORCE YOUR WIFE BUT THE BURDEN OF PROOF IS YOURSELF YOU CAN PROVE WHAT YOU HEARD THROUGH YOUR WIFE, THE TRIAL WILL BE DECIDED IN LATER.

Dear Man!
1. THat your wife is in depression and if you leave your wife she certainly die because she lost trust from both sides first her father take advantage of her which is absolutely wrong and second you are only one after him.As you gave a new life motive to your wife and it is the time to change her with your love I am not taking about sex but human touch and affection will bring closer to you. Cut off all relations and communications methods with her mother and father in the whole life so that she never felt regret about that incident.

2. Divorce is a easy way to get out but every man has to die and go to before God then what the face or soul you may stand before it.

3. Your Wife is not raped by any man besides dirty father. tell me what a girl will do if the father will pay or fiddle her with her modesty in the early childhood. Girl alone cannot herself save from her father or mother atrocities in childhood.
Also if and couple married and her wife may be raped unfortunately by dirty hooligans then can any man leave her beloved wife that you are now a raped woman. Incidents come and go only time will heal them.

4. According to moral conscience your wife is pure soul and only your more and more love & affection will change her completely.

5. Rest is upon your decision what the way you wanna be.
