You make a written representation to the company to provide all those documents and release your Provident Fund within a stipulated period failing which serve a legal notice followed by a complaint to Regional Provident Fund Commissioner for your PF accumulations and Civil Court for rest of matters.

Of course, perfect solution by Mr. Makkad! The company can neither withhold your vital personal documents, nor the PF amount. You may however get the PF balance transferred in to your PF account with the new organization, if joined any.
