Doing Late Salary and doing salary in Installament every month

Hi,

I wants to know that if any company doing salary late every month, not of fix date any day of month of all the employee and in the installment, instead of full salary, is it viable ? Or employee can take the necessary legal step for that ?

The employee can file a civil suit.
