the company didn't send any disqualification letter, when i enquired to employer they, we are still taking legal opinion, and compromise the case as possible before we take experts advise, so, is there any chance that i get the job if we both party compromise

What is the fate of your dowry death case now? Not as a matter to discourage you, but factually, if the case is still pending in court for judgment, organization may not take you in service. In fact, even if the organization takes you in service it will have to keep you under suspension till the case is decided and if the case is not decided in your favour DRDO may have to dismiss you as per the provisions of the Government Organizations Conduct and Discipline Rules.
However, you may try your luck by sending a request letter to the DRDO for your appointment.
