Evidence in Civil Suit

Respected Sir,

If in civil suit evidence by way of affidavit filed by one of the employee of the organization and during the pendency of suit if he resigns then what is the alternative available remedy.

Please advice urgently.

you can give the name of the other witness or delete the name of that witness give a statement that i does not want to examine this witness
