National human rights cannot help you. You file a suit for general partition and seperate posession. You will get your share, but you will wait for tht.

Rajeev Sir is right,You will have to file partition suit. You can obtain the detail/ record of property from revenue department or municipality. You can take help of State or central women commission.

Your brother is threatening you not to go to court, because he knows that once you go to the court, you will get your rightful share. So, if you are really interested in getting your share from the properties left behind by your father, better approach the court.

You have equal rights as to each of your brothers. You may cause to issue legal notice and later, if necessary file civil suit for partition and separate possession.
