PLZ EXPALIN ME D EXACT MEANING OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY AND CAN IT BE CHALLENGED AFTER BEING SIGNED???

Dear Abhishek,
SPA is prepared to execute some special task by the person who gives attorney to the person to carry out the special type of task such as in respect of particular land dispute, land owners if aged and can not go everywhere and can not attend court matter, in that case a special power of attorney is been executed to any favrouable/selected of his choice so he can work on behalf of this land owner after execution of SPA. So after execution of SPA, the person can act as a attorney for that person and in the eyes of law , the person acted for the person who given a power on behalf of him to carry out his task. The SPA can be revoked by the person, if he want that the person is not functioning properly and not acting. He can revoke the same.
