Sir,
Just I have missed a judgment that " to order for Verification of bail bond is a bad practice, accused should be released after accepting of bail bond provisionally "

To my knowledge three proceedings on this issue are pending in Bombay HC. However, interim order has been issued and the HC circular has been stayed. Attaching the said file.
