I am thinking of taking the matter before Hon'ble SC for clarity on this matter. I would like all of you to give whatever legal opinion you feel about the matter so that I can present the most watertight case possible and succeed. It is difficult to be agree with you on various points raised therein like keeping firearms is a fundamental right of human being. In civil society like ours, it is dangerous to keep firearms without any check and balance or law and further it may bring anarchy in the whole country. Anyway, I advise you to first start detailed discussion and debate among the society and legal luminaries before going to SC.

Thank you Makkad Sir, I appreciate your valuable opinions and will keep them in mind as they will help to be prepared as to what kind of opposing ideas I may face in hon'ble court. I would take this opportunity to also mention that opinion of Advocate Gulshan Tanwar concurs with opinion expressed in above mentioned link that Articles 19 and 21 are acknowledging the fundamental right of arms.
