Dear Prabhakar ji and Arunagiri ji,
When facts have come to light with such a delay, would there be any harm in trying luck with application for condonation of delay?

Once if the order had been passed, but if it is defective in nature, one has to approach the higher court to appeal with the facts and on the ground of actual facts which led to the wrong order,it must be condoned under the Natural Law of Justice.
