I READ ADVERTISEMENT OF THE U.P.S.C. LEGAL ADVISER COUNSEL AND FOR THAT EXAM COURSE HAVE BEEN PROVIDED BY THEM AMONG THE ALL SUBJECT ONE IS CIVIL LAW INCLUDING THE C.P.C.
I UNDERSTAND THAT CIVIL LAW MEANS
CONTRACT ACT
SPECIFIC RELIEF ACT
T.P. ACT.
LIMITATION ACT
CONTRACT ACT
STAMP DUTY ACT
WHICH ALL ARE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF LODGING THE SUIT THEN ALSO IF I AM DIFFER THAN ALL OF YOU PLS SUGGEST REGARDS

What specific doubt exactly you have about civil law course? Any type of act that does not deal with criminal law cases would come under the purview of civil law. For example, even Consumer Protection Act would also fall in that category. All that depends upon the specific requirement of the organisation for which the UPSC may be recruiting a legal advisor.

For how long and for how many times you will ask and if you continue this way you will perhaps let the exam date passed and still would be asking here and there what the course is.
