DEAR SIR COULD you tell me any judgement in which any person convicted in IPC 294 and got govt. job? Because i was fined Rs 200 in IPC 294 and i have been selected for a INSPECTOR job.

Petty offence- No imprisonment- Should not affect your chances.
Be careful in future so that the charge of moral turpitude is not slapped upon U for a repeat offence.

I fear to design the proved guilt under section 294 IPC as a petty offence. I could not find any citation in your favour directly fiting in the facts of your case.
