There is nothing called Punjab local laws or Patiala Local laws as far as the property rights of the daughters are concerned.
You please tell your facts and then ask the query so that an appropriate answer can be given to your query.

However, In up about agricultural land, succession govern through UPZALR Act,1950

Dear Mr. Shailesh,
Succession is always governed by Hindu Succession Act. What the UPZALR does is puts an embargo on fragmentation of the agricultural lands.

Shri R. Ramachandran ji
With due respect, For agricultural Land, succession govern by the UPZALR Act. Personal law is not applicable unless land declared non-agricultural land under section 143.

Mr.shah is rightly contesting with you Mr. Ramachandran.Intestate succession about agricultural land in UP is really governed by
Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act.This Act ignores personal law and lays that those who are recorded as Bhumidhars or Sirdars or Assami in land revenue records, there succession will be governed by this Act.
Bhumidhars and Sirdars have been conferred with transferable rights as well as testamentary rights.

you can't deny share. If you are not interested to receive, execute surrender deed to other legal heirs.
