Is there any provision for a mother to lodged against her daughter-in-law in DV
Shonee Kapoor

Yes, the daughter-in-law can be charged under PWDVA, 2005 alongwith the son for instigating or doing domestic violence against the Mother and Mother-in-law.
Delhi High Court has already given the landmark judgement about the same.

Of course, under the provisions of domestic violence act, any woman (may be mother-in-law or daughter-in-law) who is or has been in a domestic relationship with the respondent and who alleges to have been subjected to act of domestic violence by the respondent is an aggrieved person and can lodge complaint under DV Act.
