i m married in 5may 2009, after marrieg everything is going well, after 2 mot i lose my job, so i strated my own businees,
when i start my businees i have very limited money, so that put cutoff of my enjoymet, she dont like this , now every day she ganret some problem , she dont like to leav with me, she go back his mothers home for 6 mont, (when i have job i give each and every think which she want ).she make some rutin like 1 month my home and 3 to 4 month at her mothers home. and when she came her mother also come with him and make big problem in my home. Her mother tell every one in my apprtment i m bed person , my mother is not good, etc. she need every time money, for bus, for her reletiv , for her sister etc.
(ther is no physical relation between us from last 2 year. )
now she make a case on me with kalam :125
how can i save my self, need help as soon as possible.

if she has filed claim for you for maintenance in reply you have place on record your financial position . if you do not file reply court will award minteanace she has claimed .

If you got notice of the case u/sec.125 Cr.P.C.as filed by your wife then you should file a reply/show cause to the Court for defend the case. If you want to further live with your wife,you may file a suit for Restitution of Conjugal Right in Family/District Court.

You should not file any case against your wife as it shall open flood gate of many cases upon you which shall destroy your small business. Let her file her maintenance case. You can avoid yourself from awarding maintenance in her favour but definitely you should contest on quantum of maintenance.

in normal language , i show my bank state ment to a court for my financial position.
and then court kya fesla karegi ?
and i dont want she came back in my life , for that wt is best way . without paying money.
and other option without going to court to leave her (divors )

There is no other way to leave her but a divorce, whether contested or mutual.
