I want to get help from an some expert or any forum or any organisation, to prepare a bill, for a noble cause , which can be given as memorandum to our State minister to pass as a state law, (or to present as memorandum to pass as a amendment to a existing central law, the subject is related to forest and Hindu religious departments or the scope can lead to tourisam and culture departments also - CAN U GUIDE ME IS THERE ANY FORUM OR TEAM OF PEOPLE , (DETAILS OF THEIR CONTACT DETAILS) WHO OFFER THIS FOR US AS FREE SERVICE AS A MATTER OF PUBILC CAUSE

Team Anna is doing it, various NGOs submit their bills to standing committee of parliament, you can also do the same.
