False alligation for bhurn hatya.

If wife file a false case on bhurn hatya. How she prove herself true but actually this is not true. And also suggest how husband will himself that he has not done this bad thing actually he has not done. True is that she never be prignent and she has filed a case of bhurn hatya becase there merriage is not going well.
Plz suggest./.

It is the complainant/prosecution which has to prove the offence beyond any reasonable doubt so husband should not be worry about his defence if he is true person. Let her wife bring reliable evidence before court.

if your wife was not pregnant then case of female foeticide ie killing of unborn girl child will fall flat .
in your statement you have to deny that she was pregnant .
does your wife have any medical records etc which show that she had gone to doctor for medical check up and that doctor had stated she was pregnant ?

Thank u all.
Now i feel some relief.
As Mr.Ajay asked me about her prignency. Yes she has never get prignent. And she is not pregnent then she has not a prignency report by the doctor.
I also want to know that if the alligation got false, then can i file a case against her for false alligation. Also want to know what will happen to her by the court or what punishment she will get.

You can not only file prejury case but can also file defamation complaint, suit for damages and many other cases against her in that situation.

In your defence you may also demand for medical check up of wife to find out whether she was pregnant at all. All other opinions given by the experts cover all the apsects of the case.
