Respected sir's..
i m searching some authorities of hon'ble courts regarding on following matter..
>if a person not prove the resolution den he not competent to file the suit..
>is person not prove the mintue books of the company, suit not stands..
>if person not prove company documents i:e memorendum and article den suit not stands..

please suggest me somthing in relate to this..
i shall be very thankful to you..

When statute itself support your contention then there is no requirement going for judicial precedent.
