one company want to enter into contract with auto rickshaw drivers through social group for advertisement. The purpose is to give some amount for the study of daughters of auto rickshaw drivers andremaining for the rickshaw drivers.. Can anyone tell me the specimen of the agreement. Wat to add in dat???

As this is just for charity so there is no requirement of any detailed agreement. You may get it drafted as per your desire and may bind the other party.
