Hi,
I wish to file a case against a cheat person who once became my friend and caused me financial losses and then ran away.
I met a guy 2 and 1/2 half years back, who had not even Rs. 10 to have food. He met me with so much friendly talk and sympathy and became very close friend. He promised to help in getting a job and get me into any business so that I can sustain myself financially. He lived with me for 2 years and for every single need I helped him, as he was undergoing graduation and had not job. He always assured as soon as he would get a job, he would return all the money what he has taken in form of my help. He left his study and eas trying to get a job in Bangalore. But he hided a fact from me that he had not qualified the degree and was always hopeful for his job and salary. I paid for his all expenses inspite of his false promises, since I didn't know he left his study in the middle and due to this reason he did not get salary not once for continuous 8 months. At last, he left the job and went away from Bangalore. He tried to gain monetary benefits always by one or the other business and I was just giving a try so that I can recover money from his business. But, all the business links what he introduced to me, were totally disastrous and was a huge loss. I always warned him whatever the losses, he has to pay alongwith all the expenses. He agreed to pay the amount and this amount is more than Rs. 2.25 lacs. He left bangalore saying that he will be coming soon to bangalore as soon as he finishes his study in december. After he left, when I reminded of returning money, he changed his contact number and unfriended me from social sites also. I have copies of all his highschool, PAN card, passport, driver's license and ration card also. Ration card is in kannada language so I can't understand, but his address can be known. I have all proofs where he has lost my money.
Please tell me how can I recover money from such a fraud person and file a case against him.
If required, I am ready to file a case against him for all monetary damages. Please post your email-address so that I can contact you or mail me at rdchakravorty@rediffmail.com
Please reply at your earliest.
Thanks
Rajesh

I agree but I had no option, I had met his parents, they are very poor, so I was compassionate also and tried every way that my money could be returned.

The last sentence of JSDN is praise worthy but on the other hand, a lesson should also be taught to such persons.
Author! You know that his parents are very poor and cannot pay you even a single penny and the so-called friend of you is absconding having nothing to re-pay so instead of filing of any case, try to contact him and become oral sympathizer of us waiting for a good time for him so that he may re-pay your debt with damages.
