I am purchasing a plot size 6000 sq geet for holiday home.I plan to construct 400 sq ft 4 roomsand kitchen n common area.
Now is it possible by some way i can sell these rooms to different individuals and offer them rent back for using these rooms.(this i want to do as lots of capital will be spend in constructing and i dont want to put in that much fund at this moment.

in goa this is quite common . builder construct hotels sell rooms to investors wherein they can use rooms during off season and get monthly income from the builder during the season .
the scheme would work provided your holiday room is in a toursit location .
