Is it okay if i use a Share Transfer Form (from RoC Maharashtra) for transferring shares of the Company whose Regd. Office is situated at Ahmedabad, Guj.?

Or i need to use Transfer Forms of Gujarat only?

I believe that the Share Transfer Form is same as the subject is governed by the Central Law and not by the State Law.

The place of the authority which stamps the date on the transfer deed doesnot matter.The transfer deed stamped in Maharshtra can be used for the transfer for Ahmedabad based company also. The convenience of the transferor and transferee is important.
