Sir, whether the husband is entitled injunction restraining his wife to donate kidney as she is suffering from gynic problem. if so please inform any decission with regard to my querry.

First of all ,no doctor can go for the removal of kidney,if the donor is having health problems.

Yes I go with Sainath Sir, it is illegal, even can not be with the consent of donor.

Though principally all experts are on same footing including me but practically you can try for stay order from court in case you have documentary evidence about her health problem and an opinion of a doctor that if she donates her kidney, it can be dangerous for her life.

have your wife got order from the court to donate her kidney?

To donate kidney, order from the High court is mandatory.
