Passport lodged with court for private case

Sir,
with referance to my above private case My husband's & my passport have been deposited to the court on the directions of session court.How do i get discharge my passport from the case.Also the charges framed in the case are of company matter where i was not at all concerned with the partnership of Huaband & his Partner.Secondly the partner & his wife had been arrested & given police custody in a criminal case where Partner's wife & myself were partner.It is because of this grudge they have lodge a private complain
Please guide as to what can be done to withdraw this private complain.

you will have to make application to session court for release of your passport . you have to mention that you are no way concerned with the matter . if court is convinced of your bonafides it may order release of your passport

Yes apply before the court. Generally it is allowed.
Your case is not that serious where such prayer may get rejected.
