Sir,
We have purchased a land in 2010 in Punjab.having jamabandi of last 13 yrs map was passed from MC. demarcation of land was given in registered deed, in mean time other person approached & create dispute that land was sold to him in 2005, he also have registered deed & Fard.but the sides of the land as mentioned in his deed doesn't match with the record of year 2005.I have checked registered deed of the sides person as mentioned in deed of our land of last 5 years & found that side doesn't match of that person , so I have taken status Quo from court.
I have maade garden in land, for water I have to take water from other house can ,I want to take electricity or watar connection on that land can we take or file application before court for such act.

You are in possession of the land so there is no legal hurdle to get water and electricity connection as it do not violate the status quo order.
