Sub registar not registering apartment

Hi
I bought apartment in Hyderabad 4 yrs back & builder has not registered the apartment yet. Builder said that due to his conflicts with land owner, he is unable to register. I met Sub registar of the area & he has confirmed that due to owner & builder issues, registration is not possible.
Please let me know how can I get the apartment registered as I have taken bank loan & paying EMI every month.

Do not worry.
File a case before the Consumer Forum u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The Promoter would be directed to register the deed of sale in no time along with damages for the delay.
The dispute of him with the landowner has no concern with your case.

The differences between the builder and the landowner have no bearing on the registration of your apartment.File cases immediately as per the directions of the above experts.

The differences do matter since in A.P generally an AGPA is executed between the land owner and the developer. The owner has to execute the ownership rights of the UDS of the land hence since there are issues between both they are putting the vendees to hardship. In such case issue a notice to both asking to register the apartment. This in turn will give fresh cause of action to initiate legal proceedings under specific relief act.
