A (male) B (female) are married. have two daughters C ( birth year 1990)& D (birth year 1992 got married in 2008). B left in the 1994 with another man without any divorce, leaving children with A and her whereabouts not known. In that year another lady E, with her daughter F joins A, and live together (not by marriage). A and E later on got two children G (son) and H(daughter).
In 1995, A filed nomination papers with family details consisting B,C,D and F.
In 2005 he changed nomination details as C,D,G and H.
(no documentary proof submitted while changing nomination)
A died while in service in year 2011.
HOW TO SETTLE THE FAMILY PENSION? some advice please!
