Personal remarks on defendant

In a court proceeding complainant advocate can make personal remarks/comment on the way defendant dressup. Particular case defendant was dressed according to his religion, advocate commented the defendant that "for only showoff to court u dress like that in outside world you are sinner

defendant in any manner,

no, he cannot.
but he pointed out to judge, that the person misrepresenting and misleading the court by wearing relegius dress, and wear normal dress in everyday life.
In any case, it does not affect merit of case.

As seen from you othe thread at http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Interruption-DV-Proceedings-305336.asp it appears that the opther side advocate is not moving on professional lines. Gove him chance to annoy the court further. COjnsult these points with your lawyer.

Either the Plaintiff or the Judges has a duty to make remarks on the dress code of the party. Of course it is expected that the party are properly dressed in the court, but it does not mean that too much concentration or attention should be made on the dressed, unless it is awfully obscene.
