Within how many days can a letter of resignation be withdrawn

sir i was working as a lecturer in a private christian minority college which is a permenent job with a government scale of hyderabad,from 1994 june till 2010 may with one year leave. i was forced by the principal to resign in the month of june 2010 as i informed that i was sick and could not join duty,but instead he asked to tender resignation letter which i did it in haste as i was sick and my late husband was also sick.then after sending the resignation letter through courier i started to a work in junior college and the same kind of harassemnt was going on there which made to realise that i need to go back to my previous college hence i gave a withdrawal letter within 2 months of my resignation. the harassment is that somebody teaches my back neighbours to observe me constantly and send my servant only at the time of my washroom inthe morning which is creating so much of disturbance and irritation that i was not comfortable to go out and because of this i started to have dysentery almost everyday.this kind of harassment is even going now and i lost 2 jobs because of this which is making me to loose self confidence and self dignity while teaching the whole issue is that i should not use my washroom properly which is making me not to speak english fluently as i understnad that with confidence we can easily speak good english.which is also making me to loose many things of applying for various mncs.sir i have not received any letter whatsoeve of acceptance of my resignation letter so what right do i have as of now.

Mr Kapoor has understood your query. You must file police compliant as adivised by Mr Qureshi and Mr Nanda. Police has tight duty conditions and can have a respite from high BP sime times.
Your description indicates you do not have a legal problem better meet a psychiatrist.

SO YOU DID NOT ADJUST IN NEW INSTITUTE
there which made to realise that i need to go back to my previous college hence i gave a withdrawal letter within 2 months of my resignation.
YOU HAD NO SUCH RIGHT IT IS MERCY OF THE COLLEGE IF THEY ACCEPT WITHDRAWAL
the harassment is that somebody is teaching my neighbors to harass me .
IN CASE NEIGHBOURS WANT TO HARASS WHY SHOULD THEY NEED COACHING FROM SOMEONE ELSE
the problem is from morning which house i shift my back neighbors are told to watch at what time i use the washroom
WHY SHOULD SOMEONE ASK THEM TO WATCH AND WHY SHOULD THEY OBEY HIM DO THEY HAV ENO OTHER JOB
our servant is sent at the very same time just to disturb me from using my wash room
IF YOUR SERVANT IS HARASSING YOU THEN SACK HIM.
,constantly observing which is irritating and this made me too loose jobs
IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW CAN YOU LOOSE JOBS BY SO CALLED HARASSEMEN BY NEIGHBOURS
and also that i had contracted loose motions
LOOSE MOTINS ARE CONTACTED DUE TO VARIOUS REASONS OVEREATING/FOODPOPISONING/INFECTION/HEAT STROKE/COLD STROKE / BAD COLD ETC. THE EVENTS IN DESCRIPTION GIVEN BY YOU (AS VAGUELY PAINTED AS POSSIBLE) DO NOT GIVE ANY REASONS FOR SUCH DISEASE.
because of this. what legal remedy is available to this because of this i am loosing confidence and once i take headbath they are told to make loud noise near my bedroom which is causing abused with noise
NON TAKES BATCH IN BEDROOM. NOPNE HAS GOT THAT MUCH TIME TO KEEP TRACKING WHO IS PATHING WHAT TIME AND THEN TO MAKE NOISE.
so that i am able to speak with an inflated tongue.
HOW CAN THIS NOISE MAKE YOU TONGUE BE INFLATED BY THIS YOU MUST BE USING EARS TO HEAR
i am a lecturer by profession and all this they are doing just that i should lose confidence,self dignity
WHERE FROM THEY DO HAVE THAT MUCH TIME THEY MIHGHT BE HAVING THEIR JOB AND HOUSEHOLD TO ATTEND YOU CANNOT BE THEIR SOLE WORRY IN LIFE
and that i should not speak good English and give good lecture.
NO GRAMATICALLY YOUR ENGLISH IS VERY EXCELLECT THAT MATTERS LITTLE THAT ONE CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT DO YOU MEAN.

Are you living with your in-Law?
If living separately are they rich enough to but all property in locality and locate goons there?
If living together are they popular enough or you unpopular enough that they can make each neighbors to go out of way to harass you.?
Before moving to police be ready for these questions even if you do not like them.
