Hi,
Settlement done in court in front of Judget during hearing of my anticipatory bail.
My first motion for divorce done on 2nd April 2012.
I was granted anticipatory bail.Also, I have been granted regular bail by IO.
Now IO is regularly harassing us by calling us for money.
Today, IO sent the Section 160 notice asking my father to come to police station today.
Can he arrest my parents or my other family members who have been named in FIR.
Please tell us what should we do.

these are just tactics to extort money .
since compromise has been arrived at by parties you should furnish copy of order passed by judge to IO . also since you are getting divorced by mutual consent furniosh him copy of petition

Immediately contact your lawyer and let him handle the issue.

Get him trapped by State Vigilanc Bureau (CBI it UT) while accepting bribe. He will be arrested adn suspended and there will be new IO.
