Dear Querist,

A stay can be taken when a party to the contract apprehends that the other party may breach the terms of the contract. An injunction against breach of contract is granted only when Specific Performance would be granted in that case eventually.

Whether you'd get a stay or not depends on the agreement (distribution agreement ??) you signed with the company.
