Right of congugal act

My wife residing her parents house last 1 year , nither returning nor giving divorce.
I have dicided to file Right of congugal act , my question is
1)After Right of congugal act case is over ,can i marry again informing court and local police station
and run divorec case simultaniously ?
Please note that my wife has theaten that if i file divorce case she will longer it 10 to 15 years, and make my life
hail and also note that i have enough prove that i can prove she is not residing with me from 1'september'2011

1. No unless you get divorce on non compliance of RCR decree during the course of next one yer.

2. As stated above before expiry of one year you can get benefit of RCR decree.
