What is stamp charges for rental agreements for 11 months in tamil nadu as per new rates? Is it 20 / 50 or 100

Rs.20 stamp paper enough.

When it comes to value of stamp duty payable
on a lease deed it is valued not on the basis
of length of the tenancy but on the basis of rent payable in the agreed period and then schedule of respective state stamp Act has to be looked into.

20/50/0r 100 is a hi hai way to do things though practiced largely.
